Terms and conditions of trade
Below you can find the sales and delivery terms that apply when you shop at Vision4Kids.com, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the buyer and Vision4Kids ApS.
1. Upon completion of an order
Once you have placed an order with Vision4Kids.com, you will receive an order confirmation via email with an overview of which products you have ordered. If you do not receive this electronic receipt acknowledging your order immediately after making your purchase, please check in your spam folder.
Vision4Kids has the option to cancel the order as a result of printing errors, technical problems, supply shortages and so on. Once the item has been packed, a binding invoice will be sent to you electronically via email.
2. Documentation and instructions
If there are product descriptions or user instructions for the products purchased from Vision4Kids.com, then these will be included in the delivery from Vision4Kids. Should you wish for further information or advice from Vision4Kids, this should be seen as guidance only.
3. Personal data
In order to complete an order, a range of personal information must be provided. This information is used solely to supply the order and direct any enquiries about the order, if necessary. Personal data will not be forwarded to a third party.
All prices stated on Vision4Kids.com are given in Euros (EUR) and include VAT (25%).
If you live in a country outside of the EU, VAT will be deducted at checkout. Your total price excluding VAT will be stated on the order confirmation, which you need to approve before completing the payment process.
Any costs and fees for customs and so on that may be added in transit are charged to the buyer and do not relate to Vision4Kids.
When purchasing products from Vision4Kids.com, payment can be made via Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard, Trustly and PayPal.
Payment by card is made via an encrypted (SSL) connection and Vision4Kids does not have access to your card or account information. The amount will be debited from your account once the items have been dispatched, and you will never be debited a larger amount than you have approved. No fees are charged for use of payment or credit cards.

6. Dispatch and delivery
Vision4Kids sends the items via Post Nord, DAO or GLS and normally dispatches the products on the same day as they are ordered before 13.00, and no later than two days after the order has been placed. Should, against all expectations, a delivery delay of more than two days occur, Vision4Kids will inform you of this by email.
If several products are purchased, these will generally be sent together. This, however, only applies if the order contains products that are dispatched directly from one supplier. In some cases, the order will be sent as two separate deliveries.
Under normal circumstances, the products should reach you within 2-6 business days for deliveries within the EU (depending on the recipient country) and 6-10 business days (plus any customs clearance time) for deliveries outside of the EU.
The delivery of items from Vision4Kids is considered to be completed when the buyer has received the item.
The buyer will be able to see the delivery costs in their shopping basket and, in approving the order, you are also approving the stated delivery costs.
The delivery costs depend on the recipient’s country. The delivery costs will be shown on the checkout page when the order is being completed.
7. Risk to the products
Vision4Kids bears the responsibility for the products up until the point of delivery, after which you as the buyer are responsible for the items.
8. Right of cancellation/return
As the buyer, you have 14 days’ cancellation right for all purchases on Vision4Kids.com. The right of cancellation/return runs for 14 days from the day you receive your order. Within 14 days of receiving your order, you must notify us by email at [email protected], stating in English that you wish to make use of your cancellation right. You cannot cancel your order simply by refusing to receive the order without also notifying us by email that you wish to make use of the cancellation right.
You should return the item to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to return your purchase. You are responsible for the costs incurred in connection with returning any products.
You are responsible for ensuring that the product is properly packaged and bear the risk/responsibility for it being safely delivered to Vision4Kids.
8.1 The product’s condition and quantity
When returning an item, it must be returned in the same condition and quantity as it was received upon delivery.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than that which is necessary to establish the nature, qualities and functioning of the goods. In other words, you may try/look at the product in the same way as if you tried/looked at it in a physical store. As long as this is complied with, the full purchase amount will be refunded. If the product has been tried in a manner exceeding this, we will regard it as used, meaning that upon returning the purchase, you will only receive some or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the product’s retail value.
8.2 Refunding of purchase amount
The amount you have paid for the product (incl. any shipping costs of the purchase) will be refunded once Vision4Kids has received the returned item. In the event of a diminished value that you are liable for, this amount will be deducted. The money will be refunded without undue delay and under all circumstances, no later than 14 days from the day we received the returned item.
We carry out reimbursements using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. For electronic reimbursements, it can take up to 5 days before payment is received.
8.3 If you regret your purchase for any reason

Items must always be returned in their correct packaging.
8.4 What should I include in the return package?
In addition to the item that you are returning, you need to enclose a copy of the order confirmation. We do not accept packages sent as cash-on-delivery. Naturally, the item must be properly packaged.
9. Right of complaint
In accordance with Danish and EU sales law, the buyer is entitled to 24 months’ right of complaint on all goods. You should contact Vision4Kids as soon as possible if you notice a fault or omission in a purchased product and describe said fault/omission. If a product proves to be faulty or missing some part, Vision4Kids will strive to remedy this or, alternatively, to replace it with a new one. Naturally, this is conditional upon the complaint being justified and that the defect has not occurred as a result of incorrect use or improper handling of the product.
We will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs, as long as the complaint is justified.
9.1 How quickly should I return a product?

When you return an item, we kindly ask that you state the order number together with a description of the problem with the product, giving as much detail as possible.
Note: We do not accept packages sent as cash-on-delivery or similar.
Items returned to us should always be properly packaged. Remember to get a receipt of postage so that we can reimburse any (reasonable) shipping costs. We will not be able to refund any shipping costs without a receipt.
10. Reservations and disclaimer
Vision4Kids reserves the right to make any changes due to tax changes, price or typing errors, technical errors, sold-out products and force majeure; including strikes and omissions or delays in supplies from subcontractors.
