Terms & Conditions of Trade
Below are the sales and delivery conditions that apply when you shop at Vision4Kids.com, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the buyer and Vision4Kids ApS.
1. When completing an order
Once you have placed an order with Vision4Kids.com, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail with an overview of the products you have ordered. If you do not receive this electronic confirmation immediately after purchasing, please check your spam filter.
Vision4Kids reserves the right to cancel an order due to printing errors, technical problems, delivery failure, and similar circumstances. When the item has been packed, a binding invoice will be sent to you electronically via e-mail.
2. Documentation and Guides
If there are product descriptions or guides for using certain products purchased on Vision4Kids.com, these are included with the delivery from Vision4Kids. If you want more information or advice from Vision4Kids, then this is only guidance.
3. Personal data
To complete an order, a number of pieces of personal information must be provided. These are needed solely to deliver the order and direct inquiries regarding the order, should this be necessary. Personal data will not be passed on to third parties.
The prices stated on Vision4Kids.com are stated in Euros (EUR) and include VAT.
If you live in a country outside the EU, VAT will be deducted at checkout. Your total price excluding VAT will appear on the order confirmation, which you must approve before the payment can be completed.
Vision4Kids is not liable for changes made to fees, prices and proofreading errors, etc.
When purchasing goods on Vision4Kids.com, payment can be made using Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, ApplePay, PayPal, iDeal, Trustly and Google Pay. Payment by bank transfer is, as a general rule, not possible.
Payment is made via an encrypted (SSL) connection and Vision4Kids does not have access to your card information. The amount will be withdrawn from your account when the goods have been dispatched, and no larger amount than you have approved will ever be withdrawn. No fees are charged for paying by credit card.
6. Shipping and delivery
Vision4Kids sends the goods with PostNord, GLS, or Bring and dispatches the goods the same day if ordered before 13:00. Dispatch will take place no later than two days after the order has been completed. If an unexpected delay of more than two days arises, Vision4Kids will inform you of this via e-mail.
When you purchase several products, as a general rule they are sent together. Under normal circumstances, the goods will arrive within three to six working days within the EU, and six to 10 working days (+ possible customs clearance) for delivery outside the EU.
Delivery of goods from Vision4Kids is considered to have taken place when the buyer has received the items.
The buyer will be able to see the delivery costs in both the shopping basket and when approving the order, thus having the opportunity to approve the stated delivery costs.
Any expenses and fees for customs clearance etc., which may be imposed during the delivery journey, are the buyer’s expense, and are not the responsibility of Vision4Kids.
We offer free shipping on purchases over 100 EUR – The cheapest shipping option.
7. Liability for shipped products
Vision4Kids is responsible for the goods until the delivery has been made, after which you, as the buyer, take on the responsibility for the goods.
8. Right of withdrawal/ Right of return
You, as the buyer, have a 30-day right of withdrawal when purchasing at Vision4Kids.com. The right of withdrawal/return applies for a period of 30 days after the day you receive your order. Within 30 days of receiving the order, you must notify us via e-mail email@example.com that you want to exercise your right to withdraw the purchase contract. You cannot cancel the order by simply refusing to accept delivery of it without also notifying us via e-mail that you are exercising your right of withdrawal.
You must return the item to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. In addition, you are responsible for bearing the costs associated with returning the goods.
Upon return, you are responsible for the item being packed properly, and bear the risk/responsibility for the item until it has been delivered to Vision4Kids.
If the total order had a value that has resulted in free shipping, and a partial return would have meant that the goods retained would have resulted in the buyer incurring shipping costs, then shipping costs are offset in the returned amount, so the customer bears the shipping costs for delivery of the retained part of the order.
8.1 Condition and quality of the product
The item must be returned in the same condition and quantity in which it was received upon delivery.
You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the product, which is due to handling other than necessary for determining the product’s nature, properties, and functionality. In other words, you can try/see the item in the same way as if you tried/saw it in a physical shop. The full purchase amount will be refunded if this is complied with. If the item has been used more than this, we consider it to have been used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you only get part or none of the purchase amount back. This depends on the commercial value of the item.
8.2 Refund of the purchase amount
The full amount will be refunded for the items returned. If a total order is returned, the original shipping costs will also be refunded. Refunds will be made when Vision4Kids has received the goods returned.
In the event that the returned goods have suffered a reduction in commercial value, for which you are liable, then this amount will be deducted. The money is returned without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we received the item.
We process the refund via the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. In the case of an electronic return, it can take up to five days before receiving.

When returning the item, please provide the order number. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging.
8.4 What should I send back?
In addition to the item to be returned, a copy of the order confirmation must be attached or a note with information about the order number. We do not accept packages sent using collect on delivery service. The item must, of course, be packed properly.
According to the rules of the Sale of Goods Act, the buyer has a 24-month right to make a complaint about all goods. You must contact Vision4Kids as soon as possible when you discover a defect/fault in a purchased item and describe the defect/fault. If the item suffers from a defect/fault, Vision4Kids will seek to remedy this or alternatively make sure that it is replaced with a new one. A prerequisite for this is, of course, that the complaint is justified, and that the defect has not been caused as the result of incorrect use of the product or other negligent behaviour relating to the product.
We will reimburse your (reasonable) shipping costs if the complaint is justified.
9.1 How soon can I ask for a refund?
You must place your complaint within a reasonable period of time after you have discovered the defect in the purchased item.

Note: We do not accept packages sent using collect on delivery service or similar delivery methods.
The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Remember to get a receipt for the return delivery, so we can reimburse your (reasonable) shipping costs. Without the receipt, we will not be able to reimburse any delivery costs.

Vision4Kids is not liable for changes in fees, pricing, and proofreading errors, technical errors, sold out items, and force majeure including strikes and shortages due to, or delays in, deliveries from subcontractors.
